Sami Jameel
Sami is the founder of Jameel Business & Corporate Law, where he advises businesses and their owners on the transactions and decisions that shape their futures, from formation and financing through M&A and exit.
His practice spans entity structuring, complex commercial contracts, corporate governance, and buy-side and sell-side M&A. Clients describe him as the lawyer who answers the phone, gets to the point, and gets the deal done.
